The company announced the expansion on September 16, 2026, adding to a period of rapid growth that has seen OneDosh expand into 29 European countries and surpass 200,000 users. The startup has also raised a total of US$4 million in pre-seed funding.

OneDosh launched publicly in December 2025 with a focus on cross-border payments between the United States and Nigeria. Its platform uses stablecoin infrastructure alongside conventional financial services to allow users to move, hold and spend money across markets.

One platform for cross-border money

OneDosh brings several financial services into a single platform, including a USD Wallet, Virtual USD Account, OneDosh Card and Stablecoin Wallet. The services are aimed at freelancers, remote workers, creators, professionals and businesses that receive income or make payments across different countries.

For users with financial activity in multiple markets, the platform combines dollar-based accounts, payments and card services with stablecoin options. OneDosh has also introduced a Cash App integration that allows eligible US users to fund their wallets and send money through its cross-border payment system.

Growth backed by US$4m in funding

OneDosh raised an additional US$1 million in pre-seed funding in June, taking its total pre-seed capital to US$4 million. The company said the funding followed growth in users and geographic coverage, including its expansion into 29 European countries. The capital is being used to support product development, engineering, compliance infrastructure and further expansion.

OneDosh was founded in February 2025 by Jackson Ukuevo, Godwin Okoye and Babatunde Osinowo. Ukuevo serves as co-founder and CEO. The founders previously worked in payments, technology and financial infrastructure.

From US-Nigeria payments to wider markets

The European expansion builds on OneDosh's original US-Nigeria corridor, which launched in December 2025.

The company has since added users and markets while expanding the range of financial services available through its platform. Its current model combines traditional currencies with stablecoins, allowing users to manage different forms of value through one account.

For OneDosh, the European expansion is another step in building a cross-border financial platform around customers whose business and personal finances extend beyond one country.

The fintech has previously identified further international expansion as part of its longer-term plan, including markets in the United Kingdom, Latin America, the UAE and Asia.
