Lumine Group, a division of Volaris Group focused in the communications and media vertical, has announced the completion of the acquisition of VAS-X Australia and VAS-X South Africa. VAS-X is a provider of modular mission-critical billing, customer management, real-time communications services provider and mobile virtual network aggregators. Financial details of the transaction were undisclosed.
