Watsoft is a value-added distributor (VAD) focused on providing SMBs and MSPs with professional software solutions to help them manage and secure their information systems.

With a network of over 3300 reseller partners in France and other French speaking countries in EMEA, Watsoft is committed to offering best of breed solutions to its growing customer base.

Dr. Darren Williams, CEO and founder, BlackFog, said: “BlackFog is excited to launch into the French market through our partnership with Watsoft.”

Williams said Watsoft has been providing software solutions to the SMB market since 2001 and the company is confident that they are the right partner for the continued success in EMEA. “We are pleased to become one of their trusted brands and we look forward to bringing BlackFog Privacy to their large and growing customer base in France and beyond,” he added.

“With BlackFog, Watsoft can offer a new privacy and security solution that bridges the gap between security solutions that focus on prevention such as firewalls, and malware solutions that remove known infections after they have been discovered,” said Oleg Bivol, president, Watsoft.

Bivol said data protection is a major concern for companies and BlackFog offers a solution that can meet today’s data privacy and security requirements.

South Africa-based Mustek is BlackFog’s authorised distribution partner in sub-Saharan Africa.
