Built Around How Small Businesses Actually Work

The service bundles calls, SMS, and data into weekly and monthly plans, giving businesses predictable costs. Some packages also include unlimited access to messaging and social media platforms that many small operators already rely on to speak to customers and suppliers.

Mobile Pro goes a step further by allowing several lines to sit under one account. That means a business owner can keep track of usage across staff, reduce scattered spending, and keep communication tighter within the team.

“Mobile Pro allows you to operate as a business user, manage your budget with prepaid plans, and work more effectively with colleagues,” said Franck Gragbo.

Tapping Into Côte d’Ivoire’s SME Economy

The launch comes at a time when small businesses remain central to the economy in Côte d’Ivoire, accounting for about 23% of GDP and formal employment as of 2021.

According to Florencia Koffi, Mobile Pro sits within a broader push by the company to expand its business-facing services and support how local enterprises are shifting toward more digital ways of working.
