Kaspersky is significantly expanding its Partner Program to better support Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) partners, reinforcing the company’s dedication to a partner-first approach. These changes are designed to ensure Kaspersky’s ecosystem is fully aligned with the evolving business models and needs of its partners.
In 2024, Kaspersky restructured its Partner Program, introducing four distinct partner types to accommodate the diverse needs of its network. These include traditional resellers, system integrators, innovative MSSPs, and technology partners. This transformation streamlines collaboration and enhances the overall partner experience, allowing each partner type to maximize the value of Kaspersky’s solutions more efficiently. Moving into 2025, Kaspersky continues to refine the program, supporting its partners in adapting to the changing landscape and ensuring the program meets their growing needs.
Recognizing the unique demands of MSSPs, who provide advanced security services through flexible consumption models, Kaspersky conducted thorough research to shape the new MANAGE program structure. As part of the recent program updates, Kaspersky has introduced an expanded rebate structure that covers all subscription-based licensing models. Additionally, the company has launched Solution Advisory Services, a suite of non-financial benefits designed to strengthen MSSPs’ service delivery capabilities.
Through the newly introduced Solution Advisory Sessions, MSSP partners now have access to personalized guidance from Kaspersky’s regional experts. These sessions provide crucial insights into optimizing the use of Kaspersky products for security services, covering key topics like product features, performance limitations, and integration strategies, ensuring that partners can maximize the effectiveness of their offerings.
To further empower MSSPs in customer engagements, Kaspersky is also rolling out Solution Presales Support Sessions. These sessions provide advisory assistance for presales activities, including demo sessions and Proof of Concept (PoC) support. With these resources, MSSPs gain the knowledge necessary to present and implement Kaspersky solutions effectively in real-world scenarios.
MSSP partners interested in requesting Solution Advisory and Presales Support Sessions can reach out to their local Kaspersky office, where a regional engineer will be assigned to coordinate the sessions.
Additionally, Kaspersky’s United Partner Portal now offers an expanded range of technical documentation, deployment scenarios, design recommendations, best practices, and configuration examples tailored specifically for Managed Security Services. This expanded content ensures that partners have the tools and resources they need to succeed in a rapidly changing cybersecurity environment.
Inna Nazarova, Head of Global Channel at Kaspersky, expressed, “By enhancing our Partner Program with a dedicated focus on MSSPs, we are reaffirming our commitment to our partners’ success. We believe that by working closely with our partners, we can collectively drive stronger security outcomes for customers in today’s increasingly complex cyber landscape.”
With these latest updates, Kaspersky is ensuring that its MSSP partners are fully equipped to deliver cutting-edge security services and achieve success in the ever-evolving cybersecurity sector.
