Samsung has recently announced the release of their latest in-home entertainment electronics, the Premiere 9 and the Premiere 7 digital projectors.
These, ultra-short throw projectors, are designed to bring an exceptional viewing experience, transforming any space into a home cinematic space with its 4K resolution, quality sound as well as other features.
The Premiere lineup of projectors is aimed at growing demand for high-quality entertainment solutions and using out of this world laser technology bringing a cinema straight into people’s homes. The Premiere 9 comes with a triple laser technology with colour accuracy and brightness. Both models offer ultra-short throw abilities and a 4K resolution on screens up to 130-inches.
The Premiere 9 and The Premiere 7 projectors provide a colour gamut coverage of 154% and 100% of DCI-P3 standard. Both models have a HDR10+ for clear and vivid images even in bright rooms, and a maximum brightness of 3,450 ISO lumensfor The Premiere 9 and 2,500 ISO lumens for The Premiere 7, these projectors both deliver quality and dynamic visuals.
The Premiere projectors come with AI picture enhancements, including AI Upscaling and Vision Booster. AI Upscaling ensures that the content projected is in 4K resolution and the Vision Booster is there to adjust the brightness and contrast in different lightings for a better enhanced quality of pictures.
Both models come with built in speakers with Dolby Atmos technology providing a powerful and impeccable sound. The Premiere 9 has a 40W 2.2.2 channel up-firing speakers and The Premiere 7 includes a 30W 2.2 channel speakers for a quality.
The new Premiere projectors come with Samsung Tizen OS Home, giving users the ability to enjoy streaming services such as Samsung TV Plus, Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime Video, and others. This wide range ensures that users can experience their movies and TV shows, offering a complete entertainment package with just one click.
For gaming fans, the Samsung Gaming Hub comes with a gaming experience where users enjoy games without needing a console, accessing a wide choice of cloud-based games through the projector.
The cost for The Premiere 9 will cost around $6,000 and The Premiere 7 will be half the price and will be $3,000. The new Premiere 9 and Premiere 7 projectors are available for purchase at Samsung’s official online store and retail locations in the United States, Canada and China. The launch of them in other countries might happen later this year.
