PMR Africa’s annual awards celebrate professional excellence across various industries, recognizing companies that set benchmarks in service delivery. Finalists are determined through industry surveys in which organizations evaluate their service providers across 15 key performance areas. These include Black Economic Empowerment (BEE), delivery reliability, agent relationships, proactive communication, problem-solving, brand reputation, risk management, and overall value for money.
The latest recognition, based on a survey of industry professionals conducted between August and October 2024, underscores BIL’s unwavering commitment to excellence.

This achievement is particularly noteworthy given the complex challenges currently facing the logistics industry, including port congestion, geopolitical influences, and infrastructure constraints.
