Zeekr, the pure electric chinese car brand has revealed its 2025 Zeekr 007, a performance-oriented electric sedan that ensures to push the boundaries of fast charging.
The primary highlight of the new version is the second-gen Golden Battery, the LFP power pack created by Zeekr, is that it offers a remarkable 5.5C charging rate. This means the EV battery can charge from 10% to 80% in only 10.5 minutes, making it the quickest-charging option available.
The Zeekr is available in two different batteries a 75kWh Golden Battery and a 100kWh CATL Qilin Battery. It also comes with updates, including new a 20-inch and 19-inch wheel designs, a new sky green color, and a teal green interior option for the all-wheel-drive performance version.
Other upgrades can be found in the Zeekr 007, where the Haohan intelligent driving 2.0 system uses two Nvidia Orin X chips to provide upgraded autonomous driving functions, such as better guidance at complicated intersections and advanced parking options.
The fast Zeekr 007 comes in four models, Rear-wheel drive intelligent driving, Long-range RWD intelligent, Four-wheel drive intelligent driving, and 4WD performance version.
The OS has been updated to Zeekr OS AI, and with this technology, every car function can be operated by voice from any area of the vehicle. Aside from just obeying commands, the system can provide suggestions actively according to the situation. Some of these examples are reminders to plug in the car or adjusting the air conditioning inside the car when going through a tunnel. The car has a 720-degree awareness, indicating a full view of 360 degrees both outside and inside of the vehicle.
The Zeekr 007 0-100 time for rear-wheel-drive models has been reduced from 5.4 seconds to 5.0 seconds. For the regular all-wheel drive model, the acceleration time improves marginally from 3.5 to 3.4 seconds. The acceleration time of the performance version with four-wheel drive remains steady at 2.84 seconds, it as the quickest accelerating mid-level electric car worldwide.
